故事The Cork

Corks Bistro

The name comes from a thought about wine: however expensive the bottle, it still needs the unremarkable cork. The pair who opened the room wanted to be that cork — to use what they know how to cook to bring something new to the tables of Longtan.

A brother and sister, raised in a Hakka restaurant family, came back to Longtan after years away and brought Italian and French cooking to their hometown street. The chef, 黃炳諠, picks his seafood at the fishing ports himself. The carte turns with the season, and there are off-menu dishes whenever the produce allows. The room is a standalone red house with tall windows and greenery on the other side of the glass.
